Inspection services

Since the beginning of our operations, we have continuously developed our approach with a strong customer focus. Our equipment inspection services have been built to meet the specific needs of our clients. At the heart of the service is transparent and reliable information on the condition of the equipment. By outsourcing inspection activities, operational staff can focus on operating and optimising the facility.
There are two types of inspections: annual maintenance inspections and ongoing inspections. During annual maintenance, a comprehensive inspection is carried out on the entire mechanical equipment base. The purpose is to support the lifecycle of the equipment. This kind of planned maintenance enables uninterrupted production.
Ongoing inspections are focused on the most critical equipment between maintenance shutdowns. Inspections are carried out during scheduled maintenance days at a time agreed between the client and the service provider. The number of inspection points is agreed separately prior to the inspection visit. The purpose of ongoing inspections is to support the planning of annual maintenance work.
A written report is prepared in connection with the inspections, detailing the observations made, repairs carried out and recommendations for the next maintenance interval. This is delivered to the client within 14 days to support work planning and make it easier to monitor the condition of the equipment
