CARBON NEUTRALITY AS A GOAL

The goal of Peswin Oy is that each of our partners understands the carbon footprint of their own operations as part of the production chain. To enable this, we have assessed the carbon footprint of Peswin Oy itself. Through this assessment, we aim together with our stakeholders to recognise our current carbon footprint and, in the future, improve our operations across the entire value chain to reduce it.
The most effective way to reduce the carbon footprint is to utilise the best available technology on the path towards carbon neutrality. One of the main objectives of our future development projects is to adopt technologies and methods that reduce the carbon footprint and improve the efficiency of resource use in production.

FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Recycling is a major part of industry. Recycling and the proper handling of materials are key and significant ways to reduce environmental impact and improve resource efficiency. We utilise dismantled and replaced parts wherever possible or recycle them responsibly. We also offer the client compensation for recycled materials, for example in connection with dismantling work. We plan each job individually to identify opportunities to improve equipment durability or reduce environmental impact within the project.
We work together with recycling experts to develop increasingly environmentally friendly solutions.

We provide our employees with a safe working environment and equal opportunities. We could not operate without our skilled installers who see every project through to completion. At Peswin Oy, we value hands on employees highly, as they not only carry out the physical work but also represent our mindset and expertise in the field. We are concerned about Finnish industry. Industry is an established and highly important part of Finnish identity and our economy. We want to take care of plants and ensure they remain in good condition. Our contribution to Finnish industry is to support it through maintenance.
