3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data stored in Peswin Oy’s customer registers is used to manage customer relationships, provide information about services, for marketing purposes, and for the development and planning of the company’s services and other operations, as well as for similar purposes.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject has the following rights. All requests concerning these rights must be submitted to toimisto@peswinservice.com.
RIGHT OF ACCESS
The data subject may review the personal data we have stored.
RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
The data subject may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
RIGHT TO OBJECT
The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data if they believe the processing is unlawful.
DIRECT MARKETING BAN
The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing.
RIGHT TO ERASURE
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of their data if the processing is not necessary. We will process the deletion request and either remove the data or provide a justified reason why the data cannot be deleted.
Please note that the data controller may have a statutory or other lawful obligation to retain certain information. The data controller is required to store accounting materials for the period defined in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10) — 10 years. Therefore, accounting-related material cannot be deleted before the retention period expires.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
If the processing of personal data is based solely on consent, and not, for example, on a customer relationship or membership, the data subject may withdraw the consent.
The data subject may appeal a decision to the Data Protection Ombudsman.
The data subject has the right to demand that we restrict the processing of disputed data while the matter is being resolved.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if they feel that we are violating the applicable data protection legislation when processing personal data.

6. REGULAR SOURCES OF DATA
Personal data is collected from the data subject at the time the customer relationship is established and through the controller’s systems and online forms. Data may also be updated from official sources or other service providers to ensure accuracy.
7. REGULAR DISCLOSURES OF DATA
As a rule, data is not disclosed for marketing purposes outside PESWIN OY or its member companies.
8. DURATION OF PROCESSING
Personal data is generally processed as long as the customer relationship is active. The data subject can remove themselves from our marketing list via the link included in each marketing email we send, or by sending a request to toimisto@peswinservice.com.
9. PROCESSORS OF PERSONAL DATA
The data controller and its employees process personal data. We may also outsource the processing of personal data in part to a third party, in which case we ensure through contractual arrangements that personal data is processed in accordance with data protection legislation and in an appropriate manner.
10. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU
Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
11. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We collect information about the user’s terminal device using cookies and similar technologies such as the browser’s local storage.
