Peswin Oy is a company established in 2019, specialising in industrial mechanical maintenance across several industrial sectors. Our company has a strong hands-on approach and a drive to get things done. We work on projects across Finland, and in our work, safe operations and a motivated attitude are what matter!
We are now looking to expand our team with,
Supervisors
Our work consists of project-based assignments, with our busiest season taking place during the summer and autumn. We have facilities in Liminka and Varkaus, as well as a workshop in Raahe. We employ approximately 30 permanent employees. Including our subcontractors, we employ more than 50 people.
Our resource needs are continuously growing, particularly towards the summer season, which is why we are looking for Supervisors for both permanent positions and project-based assignments.
About the Role
- You will participate in the planning, resourcing and scheduling of worksites and projects.
- You will supervise daily site operations, ensuring that the work progresses according to plan and is carried out safely.
- You will monitor project costs within your area of responsibility and work to keep them within the planned budget. Cost control is carried out in cooperation with operational management.
- You will supervise employees and subcontractors on site.
- You will ensure that the work meets the required and agreed quality requirements and standards.
- You will maintain communication with customers, operational management and other stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for occupational safety on site.
- You will contribute to contract estimating and participate in kick-off meetings, acceptance inspections and weekly meetings.
- You will document and report on the project internally and to the customer.
