SAFETY CULTURE
Safety is something we do not compromise on. We follow not only our own safety requirements but also our clients individual instructions and regulations. By working across different industrial sectors, we have developed a broad understanding of safety practices.
Based on this, we have developed our own system for collecting safety observations and processing the data. This, together with our clients safety practices, has enabled the development of our current safety culture. Our accident frequency rate is very low and during our entire period of operation there have been fewer than 10 accidents.
You can improve the safety of your operations specifically through maintenance. For us, the safety of our clients plant is especially important and therefore we monitor safety there through maintenance. If we identify opportunities to improve equipment safety during maintenance, we always bring them to the client’s attention. The companys management conducts safety walks at our own sites, with maintaining occupational safety as a key focus.
Our occupational safety practices are in many ways stricter than the general guidelines. We do not want any accidents to happen on our watch. We have received particularly positive feedback on the reporting and handling of deviations. We handle every deviation in a way that ensures the same mistake is not repeated. In our view, all accidents are preventable through sufficient communication and proper induction.
